The Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness provides public information briefings as requested to interested organizations/agencies in Caddo and Bossier Parishes at no charge.  Briefings include basic preparedness information regarding natural, man-made and technological disasters and informs the public of what measures they can take in their homes, communities and workplaces.  Call (318) 425-5351 to set up an appointment.
